South Florida Chapter of the West Virginia Alumni Association
The South Florida chapter was organized to: promote, by organized effort, the interests and welfare of West Virginia University; encourage closer fellowship among alumni, former students, and friends of the University in this area; cooperate as University alumni in supporting and developing charitable and educational activities in Southeast Florida; and establish and maintain close contact and better understanding between the University and its graduates and former students in this area.
Game Watches
The Snuggery in Palm Beach Gardens is the official Game Watch location for South Florida Mountaineers in Palm Beach County, and Broward County rotates between the Davie Ale House (home games) and Stout’s Bar & Grill (away games). On Sept. 25 vs Oklahoma we will add a special south Palm Beach County Game Watch at the West Boca Ale House, hosted by former Mountaineer JT Thomas III.

Get Involved
The Chapter uses our donations to help fund scholarships and operational costs of events for the Chapter. The scholarship is managed and designated by the WVU Foundation. If you already contribute to the WVU Foundation, please consider designating your contribution to the South Florida Scholarship Fund.
